Book Escape Rooms

  1. Choose the number of players.
  2. Select a game from the drop menu.
  3. Pick the date and time for the booking (please CHECK THIS CAREFULLY before confirming).
  4. Follow the prompts and enter your details and payment information.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email. If you want to make changes, there is a 'View/Change Booking' link in the email. If you have any issues, please call or email us.
  6. FOR LARGE GROUPS: If you have a large group (exceeding 10 players) or would like to split into groups to play our 2 games at the same time, please contact us through phone or email. We will do our best to move sessions around to suit you!
  1. Cancellation Policy and Change Booking
    1. A cancellation fee of 100% applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of no-show.
    2. A cancellation fee of 50% applies for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
    3. No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 48 or more hours in advance.
    4. You can change or cancel your booking through the confirmation email, if it's at least 48hrs before your booking.
    5. It is your responsibility to check that any games issued to you are accurate and your details are correct on the Online Booking Form. By submitting an Online Booking Form you warrant to Playvero Space Escape Room that all details supplied by you are true and accurate.
    6. A booking becomes a no-show and entry will be declined if the team id 30 minutes or more late. In such a situation, the money is not refundable and the booking is not changeable.
  2. General
    1. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to cause you any loss of right or inconvenience.
    2. The game is designed for a set number of people per room. You will have the room to yourselves and will not joining a group.
    3. Playvero Space Escape Room collects and stores your personal information without disclosing it to any 3rd party and is dedicated to ensure that the privacy of your personal information is protected.
    4. Playvero Space Escape Room may contact you from time to time with offers and promotions via email or phone.
    5. Due to the nature of the game no photos or recordings can be taken inside the room whatsoever.
    6. Playvero Space Escape Room is entitled to charge the guests for any damage, which is intentional or caused by misuse of items.
    7. While you are on our premises, you must follow our rules and regulations, adopt proper standards of behavior, and cooperate with our employees at all times.
  3. Safety and enjoyment
    1. Each player will be instructed before their game by their assigned staff. After learning the rules of the game, each player will participate in the game at their own risk.
    2. Playvero Space Escape Room is not liable for any (personal or equipment) damages caused by game room misuse or not following the rules described before the game.
    3. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person under the influence of alcohol, non-prescribed drugs or who is deemed unfit, abusive or unsuitable in any way at the sole discretion of the staff of Playvero Space Escape Room.
    4. Any children under 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult at all times.
    5. Playvero Space Escape Room recommends customers wear comfortable clothing for the game. We will provide a safe place for your valuables.
    6. Due to the nature of the games, Playvero Space Escape Rooms will be able to monitor participants whilst they are in the room via CCTV. We will keep the recordings for a minimum of 48 hours after the game.
    4. Tax Invoice
    5. This emailed booking confirmation issued to you on completion of your online booking transaction will be your Tax Invoice/Receipt. This ticket is a Tax Invoice. The total price of the ticket includes GST where applicable.
